All available products on S'jewelry Site are manually handcrafted pieces and therefore has explicit rights to warranty and return policies.
1. ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Most of our products are made-to-order, please allow some time for crafting and production. The exact production time is mentioned on each product's page.
Should the ordered item not be available at the moment, or in case of any delay of delivery (if production date is not sited on a product's page), we will inform you via e-mail within 24 hours.
All prices at S'jewelry online store are stated in EUR. Price includes VAT. Customs and administration fees are paid by the customer upon receiving the goods.
All ordered goods are delivered by Postal Services or courier (for express deliveries). We are shipping only via Standard Registered Post / Priority shipping and you will be provided with all necessary information to track your parcel. Deliveries take approximately 10-31 days, and courier 2-7 days.
S'jewelry does provide a life-time warranty to it's jewelry products*. If you have any issues with your ordered jewelry piece, please contact S'j within 7 days and we'll get back to you as soon as possible (usually it takes up to 48 hours, and this does not include weekends and holidays).
*Warranty does not apply to: metal plated jewelry parts, iron wire joined parts and silicone rubber jewelry. However, the form and shape of the product itself is fully protected under our law of life-time warranty. If anything happens to your purchased piece, we are always willing to find the best solution to solve the problem. Customer's satisfaction is our priority goal.
Depending on the issue, we might ask you to send photos of your piece and explain exact issues. If the piece has been damaged on purpose or by the customers fault - this won't be covered by the warranty.
If you have any issues with your S'j jewelry piece, we'll try our best to keep you satisfied and willing to fix any technical issues (replace your piece with a new one or fix the current one). On returning a broken or faulty item, the shipment is paid by the customer. Usually to fix the item takes up to 21 days + shipping time.
We do not fix and make any corrections for the jewelry made by the third parties / brands.
3. RETURN POLICY
If you received a faulty product you can contact us for return and for a full refund. The goods must be returned in the same condition as when received. On returning an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. S'jewelry does not compensate packages lost in return shipping. Only faulty products will be refunded. Refunds for returned faulty products will be made as soon as possible, within 10 business days, after we received the returned products.
When you purchase a product at S'jewelry, we ask only for the information necessary to process your order properly. These include contact information such as name, address, telephone number, email address and any account ( PayPal ) or credit card information necessary for completing your payment.
S'jewelry will only pass information to the shipping/delivery company to enable it to deliver the goods to its destination. No sensitive information will be passed on.
This site and products in this site are provided 'as is'. S'jewelry does not make any warranties or representations regarding to the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, usefulness, reliability or otherwise. Any disclaimers do not apply to consumer purchases.
All material and products on S'jewelry Site may not be copied by any third parties. All of the content on S'jewelry site, including, for example, all of the page images, illustrations, graphics and text are subject to copyright and/or other intellectual property rights held by Staskauskas.com. Unless otherwise indicated, material on this website is copyrighted. No text or images may be used for any purpose other than personal use, unless explicit authorization is given. You may 'bookmark' a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to the terms.
